Saddle Springs Vet - Dr. Wooten

Today after Bart got off of work, we had to take the horses back to the Vet for their booster shots. Just to be safe, we got them updated on all of their shots and also got them their West Nile shots (because of all the moisture here, and all of the mosquitos). Dr. Wooten is a really cool vet, and his place is gorgeous! It's called Saddle Springs, and his services include boarding and rehab.

This is what the drive in looks like!

It has an automatic gate that you have to go through, and an intercom system. Unbelievable!

I can't even count how many stalls they have here. But they have a door on each side, so that they can open it up and a breeze can blow all the way through the building.

All the stalls are wood inside, and they have automatic waterers that will heat or cool their water during the different seasons! Crazy!

While this horse was having therapy - there was a vet tech that was actually DUSTING the stalls. See that bright orange duster? What?! Now that is just stupid! But that is how clean this place was.

I didn't get a very good picture of Dr. Wooten. He was busy with another horse at this time. He is stuck in the 80's with his hairdo, and reminds us of Fabio! But, super nice guy. He even remembered us and that Bart was working at the airport. Cool!

I didn't take any pictures of our horses getting treated because I was too busy holding them for the vet. Bart was busy loading and unloading them. I'm glad tho that we have met a vet that we like just in case we may need him. Hopefully not ~ I don't want to be paying this guys mortgage~
