Our New Home - 829 Cranberry Lane

Well, here is our new house!

I know it looks kinda small, but we like it, and it will do for now.

Naw, jus' kiddin'. Here is our home.

It has a lot of room. It is 1 1/2 stories and a total of 2,801 sq ft. (Much more room than we need). It is in a development called Ballenger Farms. It's different living in a regular neighborhood. We have neighbors!

(Don't mind this picture - it is our first mail in the mailbox here).

We live at 829 Cranberry Lane, Nolensville, TN 37135.

This is our entry.

I just love the front door screen. It is glass, but at the top it slides down, and the window becomes a screen, so that you can have the door locked, and a nice breeze comes thru. One of my favorite parts of the house.

This is the view as you enter the house. Very roomy!

There is a formal dining room. The laundry room is right close to the front door. This is different for me, but very convenient.

It has ALOT of storage all over the place. This is my temporary craft closet. Gotta have one of those, right?!

There are a total of 4 bedrooms.

Guest Room #1

Guest Room #2
(This one comes with this little table that folds up or down). Yes, this is an Aero bed. But, hey, we are using what we got.

Guest Room #3
(This one is upstairs).

3 1/2 baths.
Guest 1/2 Bath
(I took that over the toilet thingy out - looks much better now).

Guest Bath #1

Guest Bath #2
(This one is upstairs).

This is the Master Bedroom. (You like those sexy nightstands?) They are moving boxes til we can find some furniture that we like.

Our tub is awesome. Good thing that curtain is there, or the back neighbors would sure get an eye full!

It also has a walk in shower. The best of both worlds.

Our little toilet.
His & Her sinks.

The closet is awesome. Plenty of room for everything!

And I mean everything!

Even Bart has his fair share....

of the closet.

There are a total of 8 rooms in all, with a bonus room - or media room upstairs.

The kitchen is HUGE. The cupboards are really tall, and I am really enjoying this island. There are plugs on each end, so if you are using a laptop or need to plug in your phone while you are one it - it is very convenient.

There is a gas fireplace.

and a patio deck.
I can put up a baby gate so that Valentine can wander on the deck or sit in the sun. There is no fences here for peoples yards. There are some, but most don't have them. So, this way I can let Valentine out and can keep an eye on her.

It has just a little back yard. But the trees and bushes are fun to look at as the seasons come around. This is a dogwood tree (the white one). Gorgeous!

It also has....(wait for it)....a 2 car garage! My little car is so happy!

Bart found this house for us, and we couldn't be happier. I will let him shop for a new home any time. It is a quiet neighborhood, and so far, it is working out great.
