Tonight I signed up to feed the Sister Missionaries. These ladies are so much fun. They are always so friendly and upbeat. You just want to be around them. They are Sister Rawlings & Sister Hodstrasser.
They are both from Washington.
So, I made homemade chicken enchiladas, along with a salad. You would think that since Tennessee is in the United States that the grocery store would basically carry the same ingredients say as Nevada! Nope. I could find everything but the Green Enchilada Sauce. I ended up going to 3 different stores looking for the brand that I use back home. I ended up having to try something different, but Bart said that it tasted really good. Whew. He's my hardest critic. So if he will eat it, I think the Missionaries will eat it.
I didn't make dessert, but we had Cookies & Cream brownies for dessert. They were REALLY good.
Since Sky is out of town, Brandon dropped by for dinner too. They ended up staying for 2 hours! I know we shouldn't have them here that long, but time just flew by. Dinner was great, dessert was great, and we couldn't have asked for better dinner guests. Sister Rawlings will be leaving in 35 days....Sister Hodstrasser leaves in September. They are awesome!
I also made extra enchiladas, and sent home a pan of them with the Missionaries and with Brandon. #MakingMemoriesInTennessee
